REGISTARATION PAYMENT FEE $150: Due at the time of registration: There is a $150 non- refundable Registration Fee. REGISTRATION FEE goes toward the total program cost. HOW TO REGISTER OPTIONS: 1. ONLINE: Visit our website, under "PROGRAMS" on the menu. Choose a program, and submit your information and registration payment of $150. 2. CALL US: Give our school a call to schedule a free future student consultation and to register over the phone. 3.IN PERSON (by appointment only) Call to schedule a appointment time to come in and register. Yes! Our school offers affordable, easy tuition payment plan options and schedules for all students. Registration: $150 Enrollment $500 (Books & Kit) =$650 down payment to get started The remainder balance of the tuition can be broken down into a weekly/bi weekly payment plan for the amount of weeks of school. Interest fees will apply for all payment plans. Visit the PAYMENT OPTIONS tab on the menu to see more information. Requirements: Full Specialty, Facial Specialty, Nail Specialty Programs. Applicants requesting admission to Beauty On Fleek School must be: 1. At least 16 years of age 2. Present evidence of a *Florida Identification or Drivers License , *Social security card, and *High school diploma, GED or recognized equivalent. NO HS DIPLOMA OR GED? Ask how you can still qualify! 3. Read and Comply with School Policy & Catalog ✓ Applicants must read and understand the school catalog one week prior to signing an enrollment agreement. 4. Applicants must comply with the "Drug-Free" School policy. ___________________________________________________ The School Director is responsible for reviewing and approving an enrollment agreement and ensuring that the applicant has met the proper criteria according to admission standards. Classes at Beauty On Fleek School start every Month (depending on the number of students enrolled). Class schedules are taught and available quarter time (16hrs week). Custom schedules are available for students at time of Enrollment, by request. Our classes are small with up to 3-10max students per class. Our class hours and school hours are: MON/TUES/THURS/SAT 9am-5:30pm ESTHETICS Program 9am-12:50pm (4hrs a day/ 4 days a week/ 16 hrs a week/ Graduate in as little as 11-14 weeks) Lunch Break: 12:50pm-1:30pm NAIL TECH Program 1:30pm-5:20pm (4hrs a day/ 4 days a week/ 16 hrs a week/ Graduate in as little as 8-11 weeks) The date of completion is determined by the day a student enters the program and the frequency of attendance. If the student wishes to complete the course sooner than scheduled, they may choose to attend additional class sessions with prior permission of the School Director.

Beauty On Fleek School offers (1) temporary housing through our AirB&B and VRBO listing. This listing is NOT located on the school campus. If the listing to our school housing is not available, we are happy to provide a list of reliable realtors in proximity to the school. Simply ask for a list at time of enrollment. This is a great opportunity for any OUT OF TOWN students who would like to attend and graduate from Beauty On Fleek School.

If a potential student is interested in enrolling at our school, and does not have a HS Diploma or GED- they will be required to take and pass a Basic Skills Test at home or at Beauty On Fleek School. This test measures basic math and English language skills questions at 6th grade level, with specific focus on GED (General Educational Development Levels) as defined by the Department of Labor. Description The Basic Skills Test (WBST) measures a candidate’s basic verbal and math skills based upon job requirements. Once the candidate takes and passes this test, they will be eligible to enroll at Beauty On Fleek School. If a potential student is 16- 18years of age with no high school diploma or GED- they will be required the above testing as well as: In High School fulltime In High school with passing grades In High school with good attendance Have a schedule that fits their High School schedule BOFS Director will be in contact with the high school students counselor, to be sure these requirements are being met.
